The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of public infrastructure across the Philippines.
Known for its dedication to building and improving road networks, bridges, and flood control systems, the DPWH remains a cornerstone in promoting national progress and economic growth.
As part of its continuous efforts to improve public service and increase accessibility to job opportunities, the DPWH has now introduced an innovative Online Recruitment System (ORS).
About the DPWH Online Recruitment System (ORS)
In an effort to streamline the recruitment process, reduce costs for applicants, and make job applications more accessible, the DPWH has launched its Online Recruitment System (ORS).
This modern platform allows job seekers to access the latest job vacancies, submit their applications, and track their status, all from the convenience of their own homes.
With this system, the DPWH aims to break down barriers to employment by reducing the need for applicants to travel and apply in person. The ORS also enhances transparency and efficiency, ensuring that applicants can easily view job requirements and apply accordingly.
One important feature of the ORS is that it requires all applicants to register first. To apply for a position, candidates must create an account through the DPWH ORS.
Simply provide the required information during registration, and once your account is created, you can log in at any time to browse job openings, submit applications, and track your status.
To access/create your account, follow these steps:
- If you are not registered yet, click “New User” to create an account.
- Provide your username and password, then click “Login.”
